About me: I was born in Germany in West-Berlin as Birgit Kaufmann and have been living on the Canary Islands for more than 30 years. I have been practising and learning new ways of healing for 25 years now. Since the beginning of 2022 I have adopted the name Aminda Frei, which comes from a dream experience. This name, which means “the one who loves freely” opens the door to my growing spiritual awakening.
I know how important it is that each client actively participates in his or her healing process. I realise the interrelationship of all our bodies, therefore I am open to work from the energetic, psychological or fisical levels, according to each person’s need. As a therapist I try to help the client to take responsibility for their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual health. More information can be found on the page Holistic Therapy.
I really understand my work as teaching. We all have an incredible potential for self-healing and I try to transmit individual access to this potential in both individual and group sessions.
