I always handle the information provided by data subjects in a fair, lawful and transparent manner in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights.
What kind of data do I manage?
If you are a client/patient or user, I will process the following categories of personal data:
Identifying data (name, surname, ID (if applicable),..).
Contact data (email, telephone number, WhatsApp,…)
Other data (provided by the interested party in open forms or communications).

Are you obliged to provide personal data?
Birgit A. Kaufmann will only request the data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. If the data is not provided, I will not be able to provide you with the requested service.
How long do I keep your data?
Personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the data subject and Birgit A. Kaufmann will be kept for a maximum period of years from the last confirmation of interest or as long as we are obliged to do so by law, in which case it will be duly blocked and deleted when it is no longer necessary.
